Return and Refund Policy

CAN I GET A REFUND?
Our policy at BIT does Not allow any refunds. Each garment is specifically made to order and undergoes strict quality control checks.

HOW CAN I EXCHANGE MY PRODUCT?
At BIT, we allow our customers to exchange the product for a different size or design. Please note that we only allow an exchange but no refund. If you wish to exchange your product, kindly refer to the following steps-
1. Send us an email within 72 hours of receiving the package on customercare.backintime@gmail.com. If you reach out after 72 hours, the item will not be accepted for an exchange.

2. Our team will revert with an email confirming the exchange along with details.

3. Pack the garment in its original packaging with all the original tags, along with the completed invoice. We will share with you the shipping address for the return. You are requested to ship the garment/garments properly packed with original tags yourself. We will not bear the cost of the exchange courier shipping. To be eligible for an exchange, all items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, with their original tags, and in their original packaging. Also, please note that we will not accept exchanges for on SALE products.

POINTS TO KEEP IN MIND FOR AN EXCHANGE
1. Please drop in your exchange requests within 72 hours of receiving the product.
2. All items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons and returned with original packaging and tags in place. Items without tags will not be accepted.
3. In case you receive a damaged/defective product, please mail us within 24 hours of receiving the product along with an image of the defective item. You can email us at customercare.backintime@gmail.com
4. Custom-made orders (where you have provided us with your measurements/ style & design are altered as per your request) are not eligible for returns or exchanges under any circumstances.
5. Please self-ship the products within 48 hours of raising the exchange request.
6. Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above-mentioned conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
7. Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service. Once we receive the product you have returned, our team will examine and check the product and only if they comply with our exchange policy, will we go ahead and approve the replacement. Exchange can be made with the same style in different sizes (depending on their availability since we keep small stock being a made-to-order and sustainable brand) or you are eligible to receive a credit note which has to be redeemed within 30 days.

WHAT HAPPENS IN CASE OF DAMAGED/ FAULTY ITEM?
Every product we send out goes through a quality check before delivery. However, if you have received a product with a manufacturing fault, we will replace it or refund the cost as long as it has been communicated within 3 days of delivery. Please email the concern along with images of the damaged product to customercare.backintime@gmail.com. We will initiate an exchange if the stock is available or provide you a credit note which can be redeemed within 30 days.
